Dalam acara tersebut, ia mendorong generasi muda untuk lebih aktif berkontribusi dalam pembangunan daerah dan menjauhi perbuatan yang merugikan.
Endarmy mengatakan, pemuda adalah unsur penting pembangunan. Oleh karena itu, penguatan sumber daya manusia harus terus dilakukan agar generasi muda siap menghadapi berbagai tantangan.
Ia juga menjelaskan bahwa Perda Kepemudaan ini memberikan payung hukum bagi pemuda untuk mendapatkan kesempatan yang adil dalam pendidikan, olahraga, seni, budaya, hingga ekonomi kreatif.
“Jika ada kebutuhan untuk menunjang kegiatan seperti olahraga, kesenian, hingga pengembangan UMKM, silakan hubungi pemerintahan nagari. Kita siap mengakomodir,” ujarnya.
Ia berharap, para pemuda Padang Pariaman dapat mengimplementasikan isi Perda ini dengan meningkatkan kualitas diri dan berperan aktif membangun nagari.
Sementara, salah seorang peserta, Rizki (22 tahun), mengapresiasi sosialisasi ini karena membuka wawasan pemuda tentang peran mereka dalam pembangunan.(Y)
