SALINGKANEWS.COM – Anggota DPRD Sumbar, Desrio Putra melaksanakan reses di kawasan Padang Timur, Jumat (26/1/2024).
Hadir pada reses Desrio Putra ini warga dari Simpang Haru dan Parak Gadang.
Dalam reses itu Desrio mengatakan kepada masyarakat bahwa agenda reses ini merupakan upaya menjaring aspirasi agar bisa diperjuangkan di DPRD nantinya.
“Silahkan warga masyarakat menyampaikan apa saja hal yang perlu perbaikan atau upaya pembangunan di kawasan masing-masing. Setiap aspirasi ini akan diperjuangkan nantinya di tingkat DPRD provinsi,” kata Desrio.
Dia juga mengingatkan warga dalam menyampaikan aspirasi agar mengedepankan usulan yang menjadi prioritas di kawasan warga setempat.
“Tugas wakil rakyat bertemu tuannya, yaitu masyarakat. Maka reses ini diharapkan memang bisa mengumpulkan aspirasi untuk kemajuan kehidupan masyarakatnya,” kata Desrio.
Selain itu Desrio juga menilai turunnya wakil rakyat untuk menemui masyarakat untuk menjaring aspirasi tentu juga bentuk tanggungjawab anggota dewan.
“Kalau ada wakil rakyat yang takut bertemu rakyat, pasti pemilu besok tidak dipilih rakyat lagi,” ujarnya. (*)
