Agam, salingkanews.com – Anggota Komisi III DPRD Sumatera Barat, H. Rafdinal, menggelar Sosialisasi Peraturan Daerah (Perda) Nomor 16 Tahun 2019 tentang Pemberdayaan dan Perlindungan Koperasi serta Usaha Kecil di Aula Camat Banuhampu, Kabupaten Agam, Sabtu (25/10/2025).
Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku usaha terhadap kebijakan daerah dan memperkuat daya saing ekonomi masyarakat.
Acara tersebut dihadiri Camat Banuhampu Ridwan, Anggota DPD RI Muslim Muhammad Yatim, Kepala Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Sumatera Barat yang diwakili Ir. Syafinal Widyasuara, Wali Nagari, tokoh masyarakat, bundo kanduang, serta para pelaku UMKM setempat.
Dalam sambutannya, Rafdinal menjelaskan bahwa sektor UMKM kini berkembang pesat di berbagai bidang, mulai dari industri rumah tangga, kuliner, hingga homestay yang menopang ekonomi lokal. Ia menegaskan DPRD Sumbar terus berupaya membantu pelaku usaha melalui fasilitasi sertifikasi halal dan pelatihan digital marketing.
“Bulan lalu, sebanyak 600 peserta telah mengikuti pelatihan digital marketing. Kegiatan ini akan kami lanjutkan dan perluas pada tahun 2026 melalui anggaran lanjutan,” ujarnya.
Rafdinal juga menekankan pentingnya adaptasi terhadap perkembangan teknologi. “Sekarang jualan tidak perlu menunggu pembeli datang ke warung. Media sosial membuka peluang luas bagi produk lokal,” tambahnya.
Sementara itu, Camat Banuhampu Ridwan berharap pelaku UMKM semakin tangguh dengan dukungan kebijakan pemerintah. Ia mengingatkan bahwa kemudahan izin usaha melalui OSS harus diimbangi pengawasan dan penerapan nilai-nilai lokal. “Banyak usaha baru muncul, tapi perlu tetap menjaga etika dan budaya daerah,” katanya.
Melalui kegiatan ini, DPRD Sumbar berupaya memperkuat kolaborasi antara pelaku UMKM, koperasi, dan pemerintah nagari agar ekonomi masyarakat Banuhampu tumbuh mandiri, berdaya saing, serta berkarakter lokal. (*)
