Tanah Datar, salingkanews.com – Anggota DPRD Provinsi Sumatera Barat, Zuldafri Darma, melaksanakan sosialisasi Peraturan Daerah (Perda) Nomor 9 Tahun 2018 tentang Fasilitasi Pencegahan Penyalahgunaan Narkotika, Psikotropika, dan Zat Adiktif (Napza) di Lapangan Sepak Bola Nagari Tigo Jangko, Kecamatan Lintau Buo, Sabtu (25/10/2025).
Kegiatan ini diikuti sekitar 200 peserta dari berbagai kalangan masyarakat. Turut hadir Camat Lintau Buo Ikrar Pahlefi, Anggota DPRD Tanah Datar Asrul Zurhan, Anggota KPID Sumbar Endra Mardi, serta Wali Nagari Tigo Jangko Mustama Kamal.
Dalam sambutannya, Mustama Kamal mengapresiasi kehadiran anggota DPRD yang datang langsung menyapa warga.
“Ini kali kedua Nagari Tigo Jangko dikunjungi anggota DPRD. Artinya, pemerintah provinsi sangat peduli dengan kondisi masyarakat kami,” ujarnya. Ia menambahkan, Nagari Tigo Jangko termasuk dalam lima besar kasus penyalahgunaan Napza dari 75 nagari di Tanah Datar.
Sementara itu, Camat Lintau Buo Ikrar Pahlefi menegaskan bahwa perang melawan narkoba merupakan tanggung jawab bersama. Menurutnya, penyebaran Napza kian mengkhawatirkan dan mengancam generasi muda.
“Kesadaran masyarakat adalah benteng pertama melawan narkoba,” katanya.
Zuldafri Darma, dalam paparannya, mengingatkan masyarakat agar memahami bahaya narkoba sejak dini.
“Narkoba merusak fisik, mental, dan masa depan. Karena itu, kita harus bersatu melawannya,” tegasnya.
Ia juga menyoroti keterbatasan fasilitas rehabilitasi di Sumatera Barat. “Pemerintah hanya mampu membiayai sepuluh pasien setiap bulan. Maka, langkah pencegahan jauh lebih penting,” jelasnya.
Zuldafri berharap kegiatan sosialisasi ini mampu meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat agar berani menolak narkoba dan ikut mengawasi lingkungan sekitar. (*)
