Tanah Datar, salingkanews.com – Anggota DPRD Sumbar dari Fraksi Demokrat, Jefri Masrul menggelar Sosialisasi Peraturan Daerah (Perda) Nomor 17 Tahun 2018 tentang Penyelenggaraan Pembangunan Ketahanan Keluarga di Balai Adat Nagari Tigo Jangko, Kecamatan Lintau Buo, Sabtu (25/10/2025).
Kegiatan ini dihadiri Camat Lintau Buo Ikrar Pahlevi, Forkopimca, Wali Nagari Tigo Jangko Mustafa Kamal, tokoh masyarakat Asrul Jusan, perwakilan Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Provinsi Sumbar Mulyadi, SH, MM, serta ratusan warga nagari.
Dalam sambutannya, Asrul Jusan menegaskan pentingnya keluarga sebagai pondasi moral dan sosial.
“Keluarga adalah madrasah pertama anak. Jika keluarga kuat, nagari dan bangsa ikut kokoh,” ujarnya.
Wali Nagari Mustafa Kamal menyebut perda tersebut sejalan dengan nilai agama dan adat Minangkabau.
“Keluarga yang beriman dan berakhlak membawa keberkahan. Perda ini selaras dengan filosofi adat basandi syarak, syarak basandi Kitabullah,” jelasnya.
Sementara itu, Jefri Masrul menjelaskan perda ini lahir dari meningkatnya kasus sosial seperti perceraian dan kekerasan dalam rumah tangga.
“Perda ini menegaskan pentingnya keluarga sebagai benteng menghadapi arus globalisasi. Pemerintah ingin memastikan keluarga punya daya tahan dan kemampuan beradaptasi,” ungkapnya.
Ia menambahkan, pelaksanaan perda butuh kerja sama antara pemerintah, nagari, dan masyarakat. “Ketahanan keluarga tidak bisa dibangun instan. Dibutuhkan pembinaan berkelanjutan dan sinergi lintas sektor,” tegasnya.
Sementara itu, Perwakilan Dinas PPPA Sumbar, Mulyadi, menekankan bahwa keluarga sehat dan harmonis akan melahirkan generasi produktif. Kegiatan ini ditutup dengan dialog interaktif antara masyarakat dan narasumber yang menyoroti peran keluarga sebagai pondasi sosial nagari. (*)
