Padang, salingkanews.com – Wakil Ketua DPRD Sumbar, Evi Yandri Rajo Budiman menggelar sosialisasi peraturan daerah (Perda) di halaman SMA Negeri 13 Padang, Balai Gadang, Kecamatan Koto Tangah, Kota Padang, Sabtu (25/10/2025).
Evi Yandri menguraikan, sosialisasi ini menyampaikan soal Perda No. 9 Tahun 2018 tentang bahaya penyalahgunaan Narkotika, Psikotropika dan Zat Adiktif Lainnya (Narkoba).
Dalam sosialisasi perda ini hadir sekitar seratusan peserta yang sebagian besar merupakan guru di sekolah SMA N 13 dan SMA N 17 Padang.
Evi Yandri dalam sosialisasi itu mengingatkan para hadirin yang hadir untuk lebih memahami bahaya penyalahgunaan narkoba. Maka dari itu, Evi Yandri sengaja melaksanakan sosper pada kesempatan ini dilingkungan sekolah.
“Saya sengaja melakukannya Sosper no.9 tahun 2018 tentang narkoba ini di lingkungan sekolah dengan peserta sebagian besar guru agar bisa memberitahukan kepada siswanya akan bahaya narkoba,” ungkap Evi Yandri.
Dalam pemaparannya Evi Yandri selalu menghadirkan para korban keganasan narkoba. Tiga orang yang sudah sembuh dari narkoba dihadirkan dan diberikan waktu menyampaikan pengalaman mereka terjerat narkoba.
“Saya sengaja menghadirkan para mantan pecandu narkoba, agar kita tahu bahwa penyalahgunaan narkoba itu sangat berbahaya bisa menghancurkan hidup,” lanjut Evi Yandri.
Sementara itu, Kepala Sekolah SMA N 13 Padang, Seprah Madeni mengaku merasa terhormat karena sekolahnya yang jauh dari pusat kota menjadi lokasi Sosper Wakil Ketua DPRD Sumbar Evi Yandri.
Separah Madeni juga bersyukur mendapatkan ilmu yang langsung dari para mantan pecandu narkoba.
“Saya bersyukur dengan Sosper yang diadakan oleh Bapak Wakil Ketua DPRD Sumbar Evi Yandri, tentang bahaya Narkoba ditempat Kami SMA Negeri 13 Padang ini,” ungkapnya. (*)
